Which payment methods are accepted? currently only accepts Interac e-Transfers®  at this time. All funds are collected in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Orders made using Interac e-Transfer® will not be processed until payment is made; Instructions on how and where to send e-Transfers is provided upon checkout.
Who is your shipping provider and what are the costs?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 24 hours from the date your order is processed. Please allow up to 1 business day to process your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in real-time via Canada Post based on the volume and number of products you are purchasing. All of Canada Post's shipping services are available (Priority™/Xpresspost™/Expedited Parcel™) and can be selected upon check out. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information. Local Delivery is available for both Calgary and Lethbridge (and the surrounding area) for an additional cost of $15.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout before payment is accepted. Do note that these are only estimates and are subject to vary depending on circumstance.   Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service selected during checkout. Customers will be sent an email notification when orders have shipped, which will include tracking numbers provided by Canada Post. Local Deliveries are usually made within the same day if the order is processed before 5:00pm MST, and contact will be made prior to attempting delivery. How secure is shopping online? Is my data protected?
We take security and privacy very seriously. The shopping cart information -- including any credit card or address information -- is transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. This secure layer provides up to 256 bit encryption for the most secure way of transmitting information on the internet. We do not transmit financial information by email. If you use our web form, your financial information is encrypted so that not even employees have access to your credit / debit / charge account number. Order information is stored in a password-protected area that is only accessible by authorized personal. No financial information is saved on our systems and is simply processed online via our secure payment gateway. Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an order confirmation will be emailed to the address you provided during checkout. Another email will be sent once your order has shipped, which will also include a PDF version of your invoice and may also include shipping tracking information (depending on the service you selected with Canada Post when placing your order). Invoices can also be accessed through the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" page (only if you registered an account during checkout; Contact us if you did not and request to have a copy of your invoice emailed to you)
