Returns and Refunds

All E-Liquid orders are custom filled during the order fulfillment process. Therefore, once your E-Liquid order has been filled, the purchase is complete and cannot be returned or refunded even if it has not been shipped from our location or received by the customer.

Also, due to the consumable nature of these products and the inability to reuse or resell once they have left our location, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed.

Our Customer Service Satisfaction Guarantee covers any issues in regards to purchasing, pricing, and shipping. Should you receive an incorrect order, experience major delays or issues with shipment, or in the unlikely event of pricing inconsistencies, your satisfaction is guaranteed and will be resolved as soon as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Please verify that your order is complete and correct before submitting the order. Due to our time constraint and goal to provide extremely fast order processing for immediate pick-up/shipping, we cannot edit orders once they have been submitted. This is to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

If you’d like to add to your order, simply submit another order and let us know to combine the orders. Orders that have already been package for shipping cannot be added to.

Incorrect Orders

If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We will certainly fix any mistakes that we have made, but we must be notified in a timely manner.
